The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is seeking an Advisory Services Consultant who will be responsible for helping affiliated local and state HBAs build stronger, more efficient organizations by providing them with resources to assist with management, operations, and governance.  Excellent facilitation, presentation, training/education, writing, and robust interpersonal skills required. Actively listens to the issues and concerns of HBAs and provides them with best practices as well as creative (sometimes novel) solutions to address those matters. Independently develops association management programs, resources, and products customized to a variety of audiences, backgrounds, and levels of sophistication.
