The Coordinator, Exhibitor & Sponsor Relations is an entry level customer service and data entry position responsible for the collection, fulfillment, and support of managing benefits of all exhibitors and sponsors at RILA Conferences as well as RILA Committee Partnerships, Digital Opportunities, and other non-conference related sponsorships.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee creation of all events in Fonteva Salesforce, Mobile Apps, Informz, and MapYourShow
Manage exhibitor and attendee registrations for all conferences including the development of registration Badges and Workflows within Fonteva for all conferences
Oversee promotional material orders and sponsor fulfillments to all conference prospects
Educate exhibitors and sponsors on Fonteva processes, including but not limited to, registration and payments
Display exceptional customer service to all potential and current exhibitors and sponsors (in person and virtually)
Work with Fonteva, MapYourShow and the mobile app to ensure fulfillment of all exhibitor/sponsorship agreements
Oversee invoicing of exhibitors, sponsors and strategic partners
Assist with sponsorship renewals and all exhibitor and sponsor relations while onsite at RILA Conferences
Assist in RILA membership invoice and collections process
Responsible for Receptionist duties as assigned
Perform other duties/special projects as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
EXPERIENCE
Entry level position, one (1) year in a professional environment preferred
SKILLS
Strong written and oral communication skills
Customer service and database/data entry experience preferred
Project management skills – applicant should be highly organized with quality orientation
Collaborative work style
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Compensation $45,000
