WHAT YOU'LL DO: Account Manager
Be responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of IMI’s non-profit association clients.
Act as a professional advisor to the associations on all aspects of their operational activities.
Work side-by-side with client Board of Directors to ensure each association’s continued success.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship between IMI and its clients.
Leadership/Board and Committee Liaison
Assist in developing, supporting, and monitoring a strategic plan to guide association leadership and volunteers.
Provide support to the Board and Committees by preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials.
Facilitate logistics and participate in monthly Board and Committee meetings.
Program Planning and Management
Manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of each association’s programs and services, ensuring that they contribute to the association’s mission and reflect the priorities of the Board.
Initiate more efficient practices for day-to-day activities and offer new and improved program ideas for consideration.
Increase your visibility by including the word green in your resume, cover letter or your email subject line.
Develop and maintain an annual production calendar for the associations and update, as needed.
Financial Planning and Management
Work with the Finance Committee and Board to prepare a comprehensive annual budget.
Oversee each association’s funds according to the approved budget and monitor the monthly cash flow.
Provide the Finance Committee and Board with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditures of the associations.
Team Management
Define expectations and manage the results of team members.
Ensure that all team members receive appropriate training, coaching, resources, and mentoring on an ongoing basis.
Conduct team meetings to prioritize activities, ensure team alignment and support, and share information.
