Position Title: Production Manager/Graphic Designer   Position Summary The Production Manager/Graphic Designer is a member of the marketing and communications team and oversees design, layout, and coordination of production of print and digital materials across the organization. This is a production-heavy role that will require working across the organization to support NPMA programs and services, and those of our managed state associations. Reports to Vice President, Marketing and Communications and works closely with the entire marketing and communications team.   Responsibilities: Create marketing and communications collateral, digital/web communications media, advertising and promotion, and presentat
