A small association management company located in Bloomington IL seeks a highly motivated and organized professional to serve as full-time Director of Administration for North and South American foodservice related association client. Duties will include: -Coordinating (along with outsource company) professional certification test coordination, body of knowledge library, committee meetings and committee recruitment -Promoting and coordinating CEU program including CEU point assignments and an allied member Educational Provider Program -Event Planning including program development, speaker solicitation as well as onsite management of speakers and audio/visual at annual events -Develop new topics and coordinate quarterly webinar series coordination
