The Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of IASB Executive Director. The position will be based in Springfield, IL. The IASB Board of Directors intends to select an executive director who will be prepared to begin work on July 1, 2023. This position will report to the IASB Board of Directors. Position Responsibilities: Serve as chief executive officer of IASB and have responsibility for executing the policies of the Association. Prepare and submit to the board of directors’ recommendations on all matters requiring board action. Provide leadership in developing, coordinating, and evaluating programs and services, including revenue programs, that meet the needs of IASB member
