Position Summary The executive director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for leading the efficient and effective day-to-day operation and administration of the Richmond Bar and working with volunteers to develop and implement the strategic plan. Operations include membership development, event planning, and supporting the Bar's leadership and governing entities. There is one full-time staff member in addition to the executive director. This is a full-time, exempt position.
