We are looking for an individual with previous experience in association management, in the capacity of Executive Director (PT/FT), for one of our clients. This ideal candidate should have experience with leadership in national or international associations in the capacity of volunteer and board management, membership, board governance, communications/PR, 501(c)3 administration, standards creation and program development. You will be responsible for leading the board and volunteers to fulfill their strategic plan, identifying new opportunities for growth and value to members, and recommending and carrying out board goals and objectives. You should have the ability to identify, develop, and nurture innovative programs which will be accomplished through your leadership, management, and ex
