The Database and Order Fulfillment Coordinator is the perfect position for a detail-oriented person who enjoys interacting with members over the phone and through emails. This position supports the overall member experience by:
Updating database records for new and existing members.
Taking and processing orders from ISEE’s online bookstore.
Giving access to online products such as the ISEE certificate program, webinars, e-book, and online resources.
Processing payments in the database, payment portal, and sending email acknowledgements to the customers that their orders have been received.
Shipping products to the customer.
Overall understanding of the AMS to enter/update/create individual records in the association database.
Assists members with questions, applications, and dues payments.
Develops and documents processes to train other staff on AMS usage. Ensures data integrity. Creates reports and queries.
Assists the Membership Director with Renewal and New Member Campaigns, data entry and monthly membership reports.
Ensures members are current on dues. Invoices, and processes membership dues and works with accounting on monthly close.
Promptly updates changes to existing records.
Ensures entry of orders and dues payments into database and payment portal.
Assists Conference, Communications, and Marketing team with data pulls.
Works closely with Accounting regarding orders and dues payments.
Order Fulfillment Responsibilities:
Fulfills customer orders in a timely manner.
Coordinates re-ordering of store items to prevent being out of stock.
Participate on staff meetings and internal team meetings.
Provide statistics, background, summaries, and additional information from the database as needed to the Executive Director.
Consistently demonstrates courteous, cooperative, and helpful behavior to all contacts, internal and external.
Ability to lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Type of Work: Data-entry, order fulfillment, answering phone and emails
Work Environment: Remote.
Experience with associations preferred.
Experience and ability to quickly learn and use database and technology platforms required.
Strong communication skills to include answering the phone and writing emails.
