SFPE seeks an accountant with at least two years of experience to work a part-time, non-exempt position (20-25 hours) supporting accounting functions for the Society and its Foundation. Responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements and coordination of cash control, credit and collection management, payroll, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations. The position is also responsible for posting to registers and ledgers, account reconciliation, verifying the accuracy of accounting documents and codes, and preparing vouchers, and journal entries, which will require engaging with volunteers and members regarding invoices and receipts.
