The Role
There is a tremendous amount of growth and change in the risk management practice based on current events. In order to capitalize on current trends and support our society, we need your help to take our marketing to the next level. As a marketing operations manager, you’ll help us build, measure, optimize, and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for measuring and evaluating marketing performance, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning and budgeting, and enhancing the overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.
About You
You're a digital marketer with a passion for marketing operations, marketing automation, and analytics. You have experience building marketing automation programs, collaborating with senior leaders across sales and marketing, internal program stakeholders, and agency/third-party partners. You will help the team make data-driven decisions as you optimize our process and support business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage the MarTech stack, ensuring it provides the capabilities needed by the marketing team and the business to deliver results
Own RIMS.org, ensuring it is up to date, drives performance for the business, and conforms to SEO best practices
Develop and manage marketing dashboards and reports to track key success metrics and marketing ROI
In partnership with sales, manage the overall demand generation funnel including lead scoring, roadmap, performance
Assist in campaign planning by analyzing historical data and other information
Assist in audience segmentation, providing guidance on appropriate targeting based on analytics

Requirements
3+ years’ experience with marketing analytics, preferably Google Analytics
3+ years’ experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo or Sitefinity
