Association & Conference Group (ACG) is hiring a full-time Chapter Relations Manager to join our growing team. This role wears many hats and is about details, deadlines, and organization. The Chapter Relations Manager will work on a team led by an Account Executive, managing committees, events, and projects and assisting with communications for 2- 4 clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a team environment, be proactive, resourceful, and juggle multiple tasks and priorities. We are looking for an energetic individual with a passion for working with volunteers who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Position

Manages and acts as the main point of contact for specific committees. Committee management includes creating and sending agendas, taking minutes, motivating volunteers, and monitoring action items.
Responsible for delivering a high level of service aligned to scopes of work
Engagement with all stakeholders, including the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, committee chairs, volunteers, sponsors, members
Assist in the development of the annual budget
Works with team to deliver communications, marketing, finance, and membership strategies and measures results of initiatives
Assist with membership recruitment and retention campaigns
Plan and manage event setups, registrations, and production tasks. Events include galas, golf outings, networking events, educational programming, and conferences. Attendees range from 25 to 500.
Build relationships and the value of ACG through prompt response to calls, messages, emails, and reports
Position Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in the events or non-profit association management industry
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects and tasks
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft suite
Ability to learn and adapt to new technology solutions. Knowledge of Zoom, Smartsheet, Dropbox, and Google Drive is strongly desired.
Demonstrate superior project management skills
Must be able to function as part of a team in a shared services environment
Capable of setting priorities when multiple demands are present
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently from a virtual location
