POSITION SUMMARY
The Foundation Administrator is responsible for coordinating ASGE Foundation fundraising initiatives and operations, providing administrative and special event support, and working with the team to develop new donation channels in accordance with the mission and strategy of the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinate ASGE Foundation fundraising initiatives including annual fund, major gifts, campaigns, planned giving, special events and meetings.
Coordinate aspects of the Crystal Awards gala including programming, registration, meeting space, food and beverage, decorator services and all related meeting specifications leading up to the event as well as onsite.
Manage gift processing and pledge collection.
Prepare accurate, timely and meaningful gift acknowledgements for all donations and pledges.
Manage the ASGE Foundation’s comprehensive donor recognition and benefits program.
Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit current and prospective annual fund donors to increase their level of annual support, or to contribute as major, campaign, or planned gift donors. Oversee all pipeline building (annual giving – mid to major donors) including database management processes and procedures, cultivation and stewardship efforts.
Actively maintain content on Foundation Web pages and assist in implementing ASGE Foundation publications, communications, marketing and social media
A Bachelor’s Degree is not required but is a plus. Minimum 3 years progressive association foundation management, non-profit fundraising or professional member organization.

Donor database management experience preferred, experience with iMIS a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
