What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for developing strategic exhibitor communication and education plans to support RSNA annual meeting Technical Exhibitors. The Manager: Exhibition Services will provide support for tradeshow operations and corporate relations activities.

What you'll do:
Manage all aspects of exhibition communications for prospective and current exhibitors including exhibit sales e-blasts, exhibitor newsletter, exhibitor essential weekly emails, and special announcements throughout the year
Develop and produce timely exhibitor education programs including exhibitor meetings, exhibitor webinars, exhibiting tips/guides utilizing third-party educators and RSNA subject matter experts
Work closely with Marketing Department on maintaining accurate and up-to-date exhibitor information on annual meeting website
Supervise Assistant: Exhibition Services on day-to-day activities related to exhibitor communication and service. Provide employee development, performance management and guidance, including hiring, training, development, setting direction, evaluation, monitoring overall output and quality and proactively assessing professional development and resource needs
In conjunction with Manager: Registration Services and Senior Manager: Hotel Services, provide input and implement exhibitor registration and hotel reservation policies and services
Support the Department by providing excellent customer service to exhibitors and sponsors
Assist in on-site exhibition operations and onsite space selection at the annual meeting
Support coordination of meeting logistics for exhibitor functions and other ancillary meetings as needed
Work with international sales agents and government agencies organizing a country pavilion at the annual meeting
What you'll need:
3-5 years of experience in communications; knowledge of exhibitions and meetings a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
Must maintain a positive, friendly, professional attitude with a strong commitment to always providing excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task with accuracy and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Real Magnet or other email platform a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
10% travel, including working off-site at society’s annual meeting
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
