Responsibilities include:
Execute member account administrative duties, including processing new memberships, quarterly billing and reporting.
Provide customer service and support for online access.
Track and report on member and non-member engagement.
Collaborate with membership team to identify at-risk members.
Research and develop targeted lists; qualify and set appointments for business development team.
Integrate data from multiple reporting systems and provide business analysis, including data analysis needed to evaluate and execute organizational marketing strategies and tactics.
Provide sales reports, sponsor deliverables and customer requests as needed.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent attention to detail.
Association experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Windows environment using Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of sales, customer relationship management software, and data analysis.
