Summary: The Membership Director is responsible for planning and executing all membership services and programs and membership IT projects. This includes, but is not limited to, processing and tracking of membership applications, renewals, expulsions, etc.; maintaining membership database, files, records, etc.; generating lists from the membership database; managing membership team meetings and activities; and assisting with member events, as required. This position requires a self-motivated individual who possesses excellent organizational skills, a high-level of enthusiasm, and a customer/member service mindset. This person is expected to learn about the precast concrete structures industry to better understand PCI members, their customers, and their needs.
