The American Association for Justice (AAJ®) is seeking a Helpdesk Assistant (entry level) for its Information Technology department. AAJ works to preserve the constitutional right to trial by jury and to make sure people have a fair chance to seek justice when they are injured by the negligence or misconduct of others—even when it means taking on the most powerful corporations. The Helpdesk Assistant provides initial technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. They are the initial point of contact for staff support and software and hardware troubleshooting while maintaining a customer service focus. Essential duties include: • Assists with managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
