AGA is seeking a Specialist, Meetings and Conference Services to join the Membership and Strategic Development team. As a member of AGA’s Meeting Services team, part of the Membership and Strategic Development department, the Specialist collaborates with colleagues across all of AGA as well as with our members and other stakeholders to successfully assist in the coordination of in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings and conferences. Reporting to the Managing Director, Meetings & Conference Services, the Specialist is relied upon to serve as department lead in building event websites, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless registration process for association programs.
