Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Deputy Director will be responsible for coordinating and developing operational function of the association as well as assisting the Executive Director in carrying out the goals of the Association. Job Duties, include but are not limited to the following: Takes a lead role with the Training and Professional Development program within WCHA, including developing conference, committee and meeting agendas and topics for the WCHA membership at association events. Takes a lead role in topic development and securing expert presenters on topics, issues and programs provided at WCHA conferences and training events.
