Coordinate and execute projects for the Membership Department, including CTA’s membership customer service inbox and virtual meeting program; assist with planning membership activities at CES, and support other Membership projects.
Critical Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with CTA member benefits and the Membership Department operational activities at CES. Responsibilities include assistance with planning for the operation of member lounges, including catering, budget compliance, and staff schedules; collaboration on marketing CTA benefits at CES; and assisting in planning and executing the annual CTA Member Party at CES.
Monitor the department inbox correspondence providing exceptional customer service.
Support CTA’s virtual meeting program by assisting the Director, Member Programs in the scheduling, registration approval, coordination with marketing and correspondence with speakers.
Assist in coordinating various departmental programs, projects and activities including promotional activities to support member programs, membership recruitment and retention.
Update and maintain association database, contact lists and files.
Support member group activities as needed including meeting material creation and minutes.
Support ongoing department projects and initiatives.
Other duties as required by business needs and assigned by the department head.
Work Experience:
0-2 years of appropriate work experience including membership/client service experience, and program management.
Previous association, technology industry, or sales and marketing experience a plus.
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field preferred.
