The Director of Infrastructure reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). In coordination with the CIO, this role is responsible for creating the strategic vision for the team, aligning business needs with technology strategies, streamlining processes, maintaining efficient and high-quality operations, and for IT budget management. The Director of Infrastructure coordinates, implements, maintains and continually improves IT business operations for the association. She/He ensures effective working relationships with vendors, makes certain contracts are kept up to date and cost maintenance strategies
