In this role, you will oversee services that support 66 AAP chapters and provide consultative outreach on organizational, leadership, and management issues, including chapter communications. You will develop chapter officers and staff by establishing internal processes and educational resources; direct chapter programs; staff the Chapter Executive Directors Steering Committee (EDSC) and related initiatives; and represent chapters both within our organization as well as external entities.
