Are you passionate about improving the health and well-being of adolescents and young adults? The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCHB) funded projects related to adolescent and young adult health and guide implementation of all associated activities.   Reporting to the Director, Adolescent Health and Substance Use Initiatives, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to support states, territories, and tribal organizations with integrating health, school, and community systems of care to promote adolescent health and well-being. You will provide project management for program functions and educational activities, and track progre
