JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented administrative professional to join our Consolidated Services team. The ideal candidate will bring value to the team by providing administrative support to the Nurse Regulatory Bodies (NRBs) and Examination department on daily operational tasks.
Reporting to the Exams Manager, Consolidated Services, the Exams Specialist I will act as a primary liaison between exams operations and NRBs, while providing prompt and accurate resolutions to operational exam inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support to test development and psychometrics as it relates to the exam daily operations. Reviews exam cases, holds and escalations daily to support the operational needs of the exam. Escalates issues promptly to manager for resolution.
Assists with Board of Nursing/Regulatory Body communication such as accommodations, escalations to NRBs, member board reviews, ID verifications and scheduling issues.
Reviews and resolves candidate issues escalated by the NCSBN Customer Experience department and coordinates resolution with test vendor.
Maintains the quarterly program codes for the educational programs.
Acquires and maintains competent knowledge of relevant products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery to achieve established performance metrics based on standard operating procedures. Makes recommendations for continuous process enhancement.
Evaluates, maintains, and updates standard operating procedures and other support documentation using writing, proofing, and editing skills.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Associate degree preferred.
Strong verbal, written, organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills required.
Professional interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); or CRM experience.
