Summary  The Senior Manager, Industry Training is responsible for evaluation of industry training programs (cruise lines, hotels, destinations and tourism companies) for CLIA certification elective requirements; management of the University Licensing Program and delivering high-level training of CLIA programs across the industry according to industry trends and relationship management in a fast-paced environment in support of revenue generation and member value proposition.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  Industry Training Program Oversight  Responsible for leading the evaluation of all professional development programs provided by CLIA Global Cruise Lines
