Position Summary: Reporting to the President and CEO, this newly created position is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the design, planning, and implementation of a successful fundraising program. The Director of Development achieves InterAction’s goals by partnering with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, director of membership, program managers, and Board members, to develop strategies for expanding fundraising opportunities and increase engagement with individual and foundation donors. Essential Functions: Direct the design and execution of an effective strategic fundraising program in alignment with InterAction’s 2024-2027 strategic plan; implement creative and customized approaches to attract
