The Associate Director, Learning and Development (L&D), interfaces with prospective training participants, certification candidates, and member companies interested in leveraging SIA’s learning and development programs.  The ideal candidate will actively contribute to business development efforts for the L&D department, assist individuals in program enrollment, provide guidance throughout the certification process, and implement creative new approaches to achieve key metrics and revenue goals.  The Associate Director works closely with the Director, L&D to craft best practices related to sales strategy, prospecting and lead generation, industry engagement and outreach, and offer new ideas on program development and delivery.
