Hybrid position requires you to be in the Irving, Texas office 2 days per week.
The Customer Care Representative serves as a direct liaison to customers/members of the AARC and is responsible for providing exceptional customer care and responding efficiently to customer inquiries. The Customer Care Representative is patient, focused, empathetic, and communicative, and is able to troubleshoot, analyze information, manage their time effectively and multi-task. They investigate issues if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints, and work with other internal stakeholders to ensure that organizational customer service needs are being met.
Education • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or relevant business experience
Required Length and Type of Experience • Minimum of 5 years of related experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to express yourself in an articulate manner in all situations, including problem resolution (experience communicating with customers preferred) • Must be proficient in Microsoft365, including Word, Excel, and other software • Strong active listening skills and the ability to learn and process information quickly and respond appropriately • Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills • Positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail are essential • Experience in customer care or a help desk environment • Must be goal-oriented and a success-driven team player
Required Physical and Environmental Demands • Requires sitting for long periods of time • May require the ability to walk or stand for long periods of time • Dexterity to perform computerized functions • Some travel may be required
