Do you have experience or interest in the international and/or education space?  Seeking a detailed individual who works well under pressure to provide administrative, scheduling, and project support to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Chief Education and Global Health Officer, including budgeting and financial activities. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining an active, rapidly changing calendar; developing complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans and itineraries; coordinating all travel arrangements and processing travel expense reports; and prioritizing travel and appointments in alignment with work priorities.
