Meetings Coordinator
The American Fisheries Society (AFS), a nonprofit scientific professional organization, seeks a Meetings Coordinator to assist with managing a diverse portfolio of annual and chapter meetings and contractually managed events. Position provides broad exposure to all facets of meeting planning and coordination including contracting, sales, logistics and onsite administration in a fast-paced environment managing about 30 events per year.   The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organization, time management, process-thinking and communication and customer services skills.
