Basic Function: The Director of Events & Expositions coordinates all IAA events. This includes 10+ events throughout the year, several meetings, and our large Midwest Multifamily Conference located in Indianapolis which includes a trade show with 240 booths.   Essential Job Functions: Prepare and coordinate logistics for the Association’s events and conference as well as performing association management functions. This includes but is not limited to: Create and send annual RFPs for all conference vendors as well as any additional venues/vendors needed throughout the year Negotiate hotel contracts, special venue contracts, AV rental, food and beverage costs, and speaker rates Coord
