Summary of Position: Under the direction of the Chief, Military Programs and Strategy, and the Director of Training will work to facilitate cross departmental training and learning, assists in developing and facilitating new employee onboarding and training activities, oversees all initial workforce learning, and provides re-training as required.  They will create, distribute, and analyze findings from needs assessments to develop and implement a comprehensive annual unit training plan, and assist with monthly reporting requirements.
