ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Instructional Design Duties Maintains and builds a deep knowledge of trends and best practices in instructional design and applies knowledge toward strengthening the organization’s educational offerings. Regularly evaluates and recommends new and/or enhancements to existing educational programs, instructional formats, and learning environments (e.g. in-person events, webinars, online courses, certification curriculum).
