The Associate Counsel provides legal advice and counsel to the trade association on a wide variety of topics. The primary responsibilities of the Associate Counsel include staffing, supporting and managing various Association committees, staffing the Association’s Legal Hotline, drafting legal articles, and position papers, performing legal research and generating memoranda as needed, providing content for the Association’s web site and videos, and teaching continuing education classes, providing training and instruction to members, brokerages, local boards and associations, either in-person or virtually, on a variety of topics including ethics, fair housing, contracts and forms updates, legislative updates, and current or topical issues.   Maryland REALTORS
