The Member Services Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional member service to all members and prospects.  Executes the recruitment of all new members to CNS and monitors application process. Supports all aspects of membership to ensure a seamless member and prospective member experience as assigned by the Director of Membership and Foundation Operations through the Member Services Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the  following: Serves as a point of contact for inquiries related to CNS Membership, providing the best service through effective communication of comprehensive and detailed information.
