Tax Executives Institute (TEI) seeks a dynamic and self-motivated professional with at least ten years of membership and chapter experience. The Director of Membership & Chapter Engagement plays an integral strategic and leadership role within the organization and ensures a meaningful and valuable experience for our more than 6,200 in-house tax professional members. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Membership & Chapter Engagement will oversee TEI’s membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts and support our 56 chapters worldwide. Responsibilities include managing our Membership and Chapter Engagement Manager and Member & Chapter Services Coordinator and overseeing the Membership Team’s operations, communications, and programming functions.
