Overall Description of Position: As a Director, National Conferences, for The ESOP Association (TEA), you will be a part of a three-person team overseeing the planning and execution for best-in-class national conference and meeting experiences. Conferences and meetings strive to return maximum educational content, networking, and value of experience to attendees while advancing the employee ownership movement by introducing employee ownership to prospective companies and professionals.  Each Director will assume primary responsibility for either; the National Conference, or Employee Owned, or the Professional’s Forum and the CEO Summit.
