SUMMARY: The Director of Membership and Chapter Services provides leadership and strategic direction for the Association’s Member and Chapter Services department. They oversee the day-to-day operations of the department. Operating under a Federation model, PHCC has a network of over 120 state and local chapters across the US. The Director will develop strong relationships with the state and local chapters and foster leadership development throughout the Federation.
