POSITION OVERVIEW  Responsible for: (1) supporting the tactical planning, and administer testing, execution, and tracking/benchmarking of the Society’s annual membership renewal campaign; (2) delivering exceptional customer service to members, other society customers, and stakeholders, and triaging or assigning member inquiries to the appropriate staff members if the inquiry is not a membership question; (3) serving as team lead for Annual Meeting registration; (4) executing the Fellows of the American Epilepsy Society (FAES) program; (5) supporting the AES Call for Volunteers process; (6) acts as community liaison for AES Connects online community.
