Reporting to the Chief of Staff (COS), the Sr. Manager, Executive Office plays a pivotal role in supporting the COS by overseeing the operational aspects of the Board of Directors’ functions, managing committee partnerships, streamlining and standardizing administrative processes, and facilitating the implementation of staff intranet. This high-level position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Board of Directors Operations: Oversee all logistics related to Board of Directors meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangement, travel accommodations, and catering.
