The Engagement Coordinator plays a significant role, serving as the primary contact for members and prospective members, ensuring they have a positive member experience.  Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the onboarding of new members, researching potential members, interacting with members and prospective members, and developing targeted member reports consisting of data points and demographics supporting renewal, recruitment, and retention campaigns. Responsibilities will include ownership of Special Interest Sections, assistance with regional Component societies and component relations, assistance with the organization’s Fellowship program, and the execution of retention and recruitment campaigns.
