The Membership Engagement Specialist will play a vital role in fostering meaningful connections with our diverse membership base, specifically with our members in training -- medical student and residents and fellows under the direction of the Deputy Director of Member Engagement. This position will be responsible for supporting the development of and executing strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention among these member segments. The Specialist will cultivate relationships with multiple volunteer leaders and develop marketing communication strategies to engage current and prospective members and identifying and implementing resources and programs to address their unique needs.
