This position is responsible for the strategic growth and management of education  programming while involved in other operational functions.  As part of this role, the Education Manager will be responsible for the creation, delivery and continuous improvement of all CMHA’s education programs.  This includes the overall management of in-person and online CMHA education programs including but not limited to, scheduling, registration, database, website updates, event reporting, and marketing &communication.    The position reports to the Director of Education. All decisions are made within legal provisions and CMHA bylaws, policies, and procedures.
