Summary/Objective The Governance Manager coordinates the governance activities for PayrollOrg’s (PAYO) Board of Directors and committees to ensure that PAYO operates in alignment with its governance structure and by-laws. Leads and manages operational and administrative support in developing, organizing, and implementing governance activities. Provides general administrative support in a collaborative environment to the executive team of (PAYO). The successful candidate serves as a liaison between the Executive Office, Board of Directors, Vice-Presidents, Committee relations and Senior Management teams.
