The Associate Director, Museum Membership Services manages all aspects of the ACM museum membership program, which is global in scope. Members are primarily children’s museums, but they also include affiliate museums with an interest in serving family audiences and individuals interested in starting a children’s museum. The position oversees the development, planning, and management of ACM’s membership initiatives, which include membership application processes, member retention, and recruitment efforts. Develops regular reports on membership metrics and may recommend/develop new member programs and services. The position is also responsible for the maintenance of the customer relationship management database, including supporting organization-wide use and training as needed. As a membe
