Reporting to and working in close partnership with the National Executive Director (NED), the Finance Manager will lead all financial operations at FRA by establishing strong fiscal systems, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. The FM position is a part-time (10-20 hrs./week), hybrid position at the FRA HQ in Alexandria, VA. To be successful in this role the FM will need in-depth, hands-on knowledge of non-profit accounting standards, full understanding of the general ledger process through monthly closing, and extensive experience with accounting and financial management software (e.g., Sage products) and operating systems.  Roles & Responsibilities: Additionally, The FO: will oversee and actively manage th
