We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Education Manager to join our team and lead the transformation of our online learning platform for live webinars and on-demand content.

Position Overview:

The Education Manager will play a pivotal role in reconstructing and enhancing our online platform. This individual will bring fresh ideas, strategic thinking, and a passion for education to the table. They will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of engaging, user-friendly educational content and experiences that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the reconstruction and revitalization of our online education platform, focusing on user experience, accessibility, and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including content creators and technological teams, to ensure cohesive and effective platform development.
• Develop and implement innovative educational strategies, tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience for diverse audiences.
• Analyze current educational offerings and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Manage the creation and integration of new content, ensuring it aligns with educational best practices and meets the needs of our learners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of education professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and successes effectively.
• Staff Liaison to Dental Education Council and Committees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in managing and developing online educational platforms or learning management systems.

High energy, with a passion for innovation and creating engaging educational experiences.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience with data analysis and using insights to drive educational improvements.

Familiarity with current trends in online education, instructional design, and educational technology.

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
