JOB DESCRIPTION CTBUH is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be responsible for effectively running the organization: people, infrastructure, systems, and finances. The successful COO will be a hands-on business leader who will oversee the company's operational performance and will guide the organization to enhance the current processes, procedures, systems and business disciplines necessary to grow the business.  POSITION LOCATIONCTBUH is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, with offices in Italy and China. The team in Chicago is made up of 30 staff members, including Marketing, Events, IT, Membership, Research, Academic, Business Development, Finance & Administrative departments, as well as Executive staff.
