CEO is seeking a dynamic team member to help innovate and deliver an important educational benefit for our members. The Education Production Manager will plan and execute relevant and exciting educational content for CEO’s series of online programming, providing strategic direction on how to continuously raise the bar on our offerings, and assist with the development of strategic partnerships. She/he will interface with CEO member leaders to invite and schedule speakers, manage logistical details of their participation, and see through the execution. She/he will offer ideas on adoption of new technology platforms and features to maintain currency. Daily tasks will include drafting and editing correspondence, executing the technical production of webinars using the Zoom platform, managing data in the Salesforce database, and posting online program content. She/he will also provide support for Board-related content and tracking documents for the Education department. This position is located in Washington, DC, working in the CEO office at least 3 days each week (including Tuesday and Wednesday).
Specific Responsibilities: Educational Lead Objectives • Collaborate directly with Digital Liaison and Webcast Series Chairs to develop educational objectives and themes. • Advise the Director of Education on general strategy decisions related to webcast content, format, technical platforms, and budgetary needs. • Develop content with CEO’s strategic alliances. • Produce webcasts to ensure that they meet organizational standards and objectives. • Negotiate resource honoraria where applicable and utilize member relationships to procure speakers without honoraria. • Coordinate all resource A/V needs for webcasts. • Provide administrative support for and execute the technical production of webcasts using the Zoom platform. • Participate in bi-monthly calls with International Board Chairs and report on digital education programming trends. Data Management and Administrative Support • Manage speaker-related data in the Salesforce database, including profile formation and maintenance, and on CEO.org. • Create and report on webcast evaluation data in Survey Monkey. • Schedule planning meetings and tech rehearsals for speakers. Correspondence and Promotional Materials • Draft and edit correspondence, including invitations, promotions, confirmations, and other correspondence as required. • Draft and edit speakers’ biographies and session abstracts for webcast marketing. • Post educational programming content, including information that appears live on organization’s website. Education Team Projects • Maintain Education Dashboard and KPIs, which are presented to CEO International Education Chair, CEO Events & Education Committee, and CEO Board of Directors regularly throughout the year. • Work closely with Director of Education to prepare presentations for the Education Leadership Committee, Executive Committee, Education Chair, and Board of Directors Meetings. • Update and maintain Education Guide for incoming CEO International Chairs of the Board. • Prepare meeting agendas, track RSVPs, and coordinate departmental meetings with CEO International Education Chair and for the Education Leadership Committee’s regular meetings. • Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned by Director of Education. Team Leadership • Coordinate, as needed, on projects with interns and other team members. • Provide a minimum of one piece of valuable feedback in the Threads HR platform every month for a CEO team member. • Consistently read feedback and follow up with relevant training, encouragement, and accountability. • Actively participate in the organization’s various ad-hoc groups.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree. • Driven, intellectually curious and detail-oriented. • Demonstrated interest in global affairs and/or business. • Excellent interpersonal skills, a hospitable personality, and a professional presence. • Strong writing and editing skills. • Experience serving as technical lead for the Zoom Meeting and Webinar platforms and preferably at least one other platform, such as Microsoft Teams. • Ability to work individually, remotely, as well as in teams. • Ability to multi-task with ease. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Internal and External Relationships: • Reports to the Director of Education. • Interfaces with all departments. • Has frequent contact with CEO members. • Must be able to work in the Washington, D.C. office at least 3 days each week, including Tuesday and Wednesday.
