Reporting to the Sr. Director, Quality Initiatives and leading a team of ten this position will provide strategic direction and management for American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) quality initiatives, including the Pediatric Quality Networks, Project ECHO and quality focused groups that provide opportunities for members in implementing evidence-based processes that improve care for children using quality improvement methodologies.  Qualifications Include: Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field required, with a focus on health education, program evaluation or measurement. Master’s degree preferred. At least six years of related experience in QI program development, implementation, and evaluation related to medical education and/or health systems
